We do not have MOQ limit, one unit order is also acceptable.

After analyzing inquiry, Baitecam team will send quotation, datasheet or other relative files for reference.

Customer makes payment

Once order confirmed, customers make payment.
Baitecam support T/T, West Union, PayPal, RMB payment way.

2 working days for some in stock products
5 working days for most of goods
2 weeks for bulk order
All goods will be tested for 24 hours before package.

Baitecam arrange packing and shipment

All goods will be packed in carton or plywood box for safe and long-time transportation.
Baitecam support EXW, FOB, CIF, CRF, DDP, DDU term.
Any documents needed will be provided, such as packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading, airway bill, CO, Form E, Form F, CCVO, SASO ect.

Installation and Connection

Camera installation is easy and simple.
We will finish assembly and test well before shipment, customers only need to fix on the wall/pole by expansion bolt (we will provide), download APP and connect, then it will work.
User manual will be provided and once needed support, we will offer service through video, email, pictures and online communication.
